Our Plan
Plan to succeed with one of our Corporate Casino Rentals. For 100 People we recommend having 8 Table Games and 2 slot machines requiring approximately 1,000 sq/ft. This Casino Rental Package also includes full facilitation and hosting, dealers, set-up and take-down of all tables and gaming equipment and all casino accessories including funny money. The Casino Rental is typically 2 hours and we are available to play longer if you wish at a discounted rate of $150 per table per extra hour. You provide the prizes and we provide the fun. If the casino was to start at about 9pm and go until 11pm, then prizes would be after that and it would be very close to midnight before everything was done.

The following is the breakdown of what we suggest will work best for your function of 100 guests.

Our tables are standing height and skirted. Your guests would start with $50,000 each and would all have millions by the end. The average winner will have $20 to $40 million and the big winners will have $60 to $80 million. **You MUST provide prizes for this Casino themed event.*** We provide the Bank Drafts and the draw tickets and take care of them for each event. When we cash everyone out at the end we will give them a bank draft as a memento of their winnings. If you won $48.5 Million we would write you a bank draft for that amount. We recommend doing draws for prizes at the end and we would provide the draw tickets at ONE arm length for EACH $10 Million. You provide the prizes and we provide the fun.

Venues
Our biggest concern with venues is the availability of access.  Our equipment can not be carried up or down stairs and some of our equipment will not fit in most elevators.  We do have custom equipment that breaks apart to accommodate hotel elevators for those that book early.

With chants coming from some tables and cheers from others all of your guests will be taking part in the best event of the year.

We take our experience of hundreds of casino rentals and use that to ensure the success of your casino event!  We will not "set up a couple tables to look good" at your event, we always set up the number of tables based on the number of guests you will have at your event.

Poker
We will not provide poker tables as part of a Casino Party! We do play poker and Texas Hold-Em tournaments, we have found that poker parties are not as exciting as our Casino Parties are. We know that there is no comparison between Poker and our other Party Games!  The poker you see on TV is the best part of a whole day or more of playing and they show you the high lights.  Poker is great if you are looking to put your guests to sleep.

With our casino party rentals service we provide one table for each 12 guests.  Our Casino Rentals are typically 2 hours and we are available to play longer if you wish at a discounted rate.  Set up and tear down is included in the price of the casino rental and is not part of the 2 hours of playing time. After the 2 hours of casino playing time we will cash in your guests. Each Guest will receive a bank draft for their winnings and if you are having a draw for your prizes we will supply the tickets.  We exchange one arm length of tickets for each $10 Million.

In Edmonton, we have provided events at venues like the Radisson South, Delta Hotel South, River Cree, and Chateau Nova. Community halls such as Riverbend Community Centre and Millwoods Golf Course are also popular.

We provide authentic tables for Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Baccarat, Red Dog, Casino War, and Slot Machines. Poker is not offered, as we find guests enjoy games against the house more.

Yes, you can request specific games. For example, slot machines are included at no cost with larger packages, but if you prefer to exclude them we can. Our team will recommend a mix of tables based on your guest count to ensure everyone has a chance to play.

No, we do not include poker. From experience, poker quickly becomes a game where only a few guests participate while others lose interest. All of our casino games are designed so guests play against the house, making them more engaging and enjoyable for the entire group.

We base our recommendations on guest count and experience from hundreds of events. As a guideline, each table accommodates about 12 players, and we usually add one additional table for every 12 extra guests. For example, 100 guests would need about 8 table games plus slot machines, while 200 guests would require around 15 tables. Our goal is to ensure that every guest has the opportunity to play and enjoy themselves.

Yes, we offer a la carte pricing if you prefer to book individual tables. This option works well for smaller groups or when you only want certain games.

We supply one dealer per table plus a Pit Boss for most events. Staffing scales with guest count: for 30 guests, 3 staff; for 100 guests, 9 staff; for 200 guests, 16 staff. Our team handles setup, hosting, and teardown.

The standard casino playing time is 2 hours. Cash-out and prizing happen right after and take about 15–20 minutes. Overtime is available at $150 per table per extra hour.

Yes, prizes must be provided by you. Guests start with $50,000 in fun money and usually end with millions. At cash-out, we issue bank drafts as mementos and exchange winnings for draw tickets (1 arm’s length per $10 million). We recommend 5–10 fun prizes, often distributed by random draw for fairness. Popular ideas include gift cards, themed packages.

A reservation fee is required to secure your date. The balance is due 14 days before the event. If balances are not paid in full on time, the reservation may be canceled without refund.

We accept cheque, e-transfer, direct deposit, and credit card. Please note credit card payments carry a 3.5% processing fee.
